HEALTHY SEEDY SQUARES

Ingredients

½ cup sesame seeds 

¾ cup pumpkin seeds 

1 cup of sunflower seeds 

¾ cup sultanas 

½ cup cranberries

½ cup coconut oil 

2-3 tablespoons of honey

Method

1/.  Place all the seeds into a dry frying pan on a medium to low heat to toast the seeds until sesame seeds start to brown.

2/.  Allow to rest on the side while preparing other ingredients. 

3/.  Place coconut oil and honey into a pan on a low heat stir until coconut oil melts and combines with honey. 

4/.  Take the pot off the heat now add in the dry toasted ingredients, sultanas and cranberries. 

5/.  Mix until all dry ingredients are well covered. 

6/.  Cover a small tray with baking paper and carefully spoon wet mix onto the tray and flatten and spread ingredients to the edges. 

7/.  Put in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours, when set slice into squares or bars. 

Please Note: If your bars come out a little sticky add less honey to your next batch. If you would like your bars to be firmer simply add a little more coconut oil.
