Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
3/4 Cup of Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil or Olive Oil
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
Method:
- Mix together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Mix in almond milk and preferred oil.
- Gently add in frozen blueberries.
- Pour into a muffin pan and bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Notes: If you do not like blueberries you can swap this for 2 mushy bananas
